Pvchr India posted in PVCHR Pvchr India 3:55pm May 30 The complainant, an office bearer of an NGO named PVCHR, has stated that he had complained in the Commission regarding atrocities committed by her husband Sunil Kumar Gupta against a lady Sapana Choursiya and inaction by police thereon. This matter has been registered vide case No. 42218/24/72/2012 and a notice has been issued by the Commission to Sr. Superintendant of Police, Varanasi calling for a report within four weeks. The complainant has alleged that being annoyed from the complaint, the husband of the victim lady, in connivance with the police, has threatened either to eliminate him or to implicate falsely. The complainant has requested his security as well as security of the victim lady along with their families and CBCID enquiry of the matter. The Commission notices that a case No. 4419/24/72/2013 regarding threats and intimidation of Dr. Lenin Raghuvanshi in connivance with the police is already under consideration of this Commission.
