As we,the empowered and enlightened people failed the Republic and its democracy, failed the mission of freedom fighters to make equality and justice the ultimate destination,we have no right to blame the dying masses for their attempt to survive at this critical juncture where most of us attach ourselves to the ruling hegemony!

Climate change becomes the game changer and we have not any escape route whatsoever!

10 most vulnerable countries worldwide are in the Asia Pacific region.India tops the chart with nearly 40 million people in the country projected to be at risk from rising sea levels, followed by more than 25 million in Bangladesh, over 20 million in China and nearly 15 million in the Philippines.

As in the Himalayan state Himachal Pradesh inflicted with extreme corruption, the Politics is all about cash liquidity,it is going to be the trend in rest of the None State Indian State nation.

Thus, we opt for extreme Hinudtva! Survive as Bajrangi!

As Indian Express reports this morning and just imagine the boosting of Hindutva agenda!

The weather department has issued warning of heavy rains along coastal Andhra Pradesh and Odisha as cyclone Roanu is expected to move towards the Indian coastal region after wreaking havoc in Sri Lanka.

Cyclone or no cyclone,it is lotus tsunami all the way!

As in the Himalayan state Himachal Pradesh inflicted with extreme corruption, the Politics is all about cash liquidity,it is going to be the trend in rest of the None State Indian State nation.

Free Market kills the State and converts it into a None State to be ruled with Absolute Power.Purchasing capacity is the citizenship of this Free Market State.Haves would always do everything to sustain the ruling hegemony and Not Haves would have no choice but to bank on their vote for the saviour who might bail out them as ethnic cleansing is the name of the economy and the Nation becomes a foreign territory, a peripherry of the super colonial Global order. On the other hand, the ruling calss must do anything for its survival! As the Ruling Hegemony has to survive with its global strategic alliance lest it would end in a revolution. Thus, the hegemony opted for extreme Hindutva to enslave the masses so that they might not dream for freedom. No More liberation.End of history.

Just remember the sixties and sevenities in recent history!Freedom fighters achieved freedom but the masses missed the liberation as equality and justice denied. In sixties it was the explosion of disillusionment.Nehru succumbed under pressure and Mrs Indira Gandhi emerged as a phoenix from the ashes to face the seveties and earier eighties with her magic wand of socialism to make India a welfare state meaning to maintain cash flow with socialist pattern of development to make herself the Saviour.

Didi and Amma, being woman opted for the emotional iconic freebee system under free market to replicate Mrs Gandhi making themselves as much saviour as she was.

It is the ultimate chemistry to make onself relevant in a None Sate Free Market that the masses should not care for cash inflow and the rural India under unprecedented agrarian crisis inflicted with calamities, displaced for indiscriminate urbanisation, unemployed in a NONE Production system has no survival kit but to vote for the clan of Didi and Amma.It has to be the trend as politics is funded by corporate money and run with corporate control in corporate interest and media corporate!

The masses subjected to ethnic cleansing has no option as no Politics seems relevant in this valley of death!

The intelligentsia has not to fight for day to day survival and hence it may not have the slightest idea about the phenomenon of public psyche in a free market where State exists  no more. The masses have no choice to look for asaviour. Not only the masses,a section of the elite civil society and those responsible for creating public opinion and witness unprecedentd violence and cash crunch all the way,may opt for a better life to cling the last string of musicality in life.

As we,the empowered and enlightened people failed the Republic and its dmocracy, failed the mission of freedom fighters to make equality and justice the ultimate destination,we have no right to blame the dying masses for their attempt to survive at this critical juncture where most of us attach ourselves to the ruling hegemony!

After causing heavy destruction in Sri Lanka, the cyclonic storm Roanu has moved north-east and currently lies centred off the coast of Andhra Pradesh, about 80 km south southeast of Machilipatnam in Krishna district.

The weather system, currently moving at 25 km per hour, is expected to intensify into a severe cyclonic storm by Friday night.

According to Skymet, the cyclone will move along and off the north Andhra and Odisha coasts, bringing heavy rains, before making "a landfall over Bangladesh between evening of May 21 and early morning of May 22".

Fishermen in Odisha, Andhra and Tamil Nadu coasts have been warned not to venture into the sea. Over the next 12 hours, wind speeds are predicted to reach 90-110 kmph in north Andhra and 60-80 kmph in Odisha.

Cyclone Roanu had brought torrential rains in Sri Lanka earlier this week, affecting thousands of people. The rainfall resulted in landslides, burying scores of people, and on Friday soldiers were still searching for survivorsnorth of Colombo.

Climate change becomes the game changer and we have not any escape route whatsoever. As Hindustan Times reports:

Nearly 40 million Indians will be at risk from rising sea levels by 2050, with people in Mumbai and Kolkata having the maximum exposure to coastal flooding in the future due to rapid urbanisation and economic growth, according to a UN environment report.

The Global Environmental Outlook (GEO-6): Regional Assessments said that the worst impacts of climate change are projected to occur in the Pacific and South and Southeast Asia.

It said seven of the 10 most vulnerable countries worldwide are in the Asia Pacific region.India tops the chart with nearly 40 million people in the country projected to be at risk from rising sea levels, followed by more than 25 million in Bangladesh, over 20 million in China and nearly 15 million in the Philippines.

It said that changes in settlement patterns, urbanisation and socio-economic status in Asia have influenced observed trends in vulnerability and exposure to climate extremes.

The report said that in many coastal areas, growing urban settlements have also affected the ability of natural coastal systems to respond effectively to extreme climate events, rendering them more vulnerable.

"Some countries, such as China, India and Thailand, are projected to face increased future exposure to extremes, especially in highly urbanised areas, as a result of rapid urbanisation and economic growth," it said.

It listed Mumbai and Kolkata in India, Guangzhou and Shanghai in China, Dhaka in Bangladesh, Yangon in Myanmar, Bangkok in Thailand, and Ho Chi Minh City and Hai Phong in Vietnam as projected to have the largest population exposure to coastal flooding in 2070.

"Many of these cities are already exposed to coastal flooding, but have limited capacity to adapt due to their fixed location," it said.

The report, published ahead of the UN Environment Assembly taking place in Nairobi next week, said the worst impacts of climate change are projected to occur in the Pacific and South and Southeast Asia.

In 2011, six of the ten countries most vulnerable to climate change worldwide were in Asia and the Pacific.

The report said livelihoods can be impacted negatively by natural disasters, economic crises and climate change.

On coastal areas highly exposed to cyclones and typhoons the poor tend to be more exposed to natural disasters because they live on hazardous land.

Evidence suggests that climate change and climate variability and sea-level rise will exacerbate multi- dimensional poverty in most developing countries.

By 2050, areas of storm surge zones are expected for Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, and the Philippines, with a combined total of over 58 million people at risk.
