NHRC investigation reports on Bhatta Parsaul and Lakhimpur Khiri incidents are yet to be finalized; reports in a section of media on NHRC findings based on conjecture New Delhi, June 24th, 2011 The report by NHRC Investigation Team on the alleged violence in Bhatta  Parsaul, Greater NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh has not been received by the Chairperson or the Commission as it still not ready.  After finalization, first the report will be placed before the Full Commission for consideration and any further proceeding in the matter which may be brought in public domain.    Similarly, the NHRC Investigation Team's report on Lakhimpur incident on the issue of alleged rape and murder of a girl in a police station premises is still in the process of finalization.
