British Empire was such large that Sun will never set during all the 24 hours. The intelligent British scholars had carried out systematic studies of various races. Their conclusion was that the Punjabis and especially the Sikhs are the bravest of the races. It was for this reason that 55% of the soldiers in British Indian army were the Punjabis. The Punjabis are thus the most unsuspecting and naïve people.

The fraudulent anti-Punjabi minds in Delhi launched a programme to curtail or kill the Punjabi numbers. The programme was called `Family Planning Programme'. Outwardly the programme was meant for entire India but vigorously propagated  and pursued among the Punjabis. Punjabi language Radios, TVs and Newspapers were focused on this programme. It boldly said, "What is the use of crowds, produce only quality not quantity." "Produce doctors, Produce engineers, professors… and not labourers."

Sikh religionists spoke against this anti-human programme and termed as worst kind of `paap' but the comrades silenced the religionists. All the saint deras patronized by Govt remained silent and thus also  supported the Govt propaganda. The result being we naïve Punjabis adopted and practiced the Family Planning Programme while the rest of India didn't bother about it neither was Govt so vigorous on it.

The result being B .S. Goraya produced only two children while B.S.Goraya's financially poor father had 9 children (7 lived the age of 50 years)  Goraya's father lived the ripe age of 90 years while with the grace of God the mother is still surviving at 100.

Today after 40 years of the adoption of the programme the net result is:

1. At[In] 1941 we were 2% of the total population and now after 50 years we stand reduced to 1.9%

Our growth rate has also come down with a dangerous rate  Reference 2001 Census (10-Yr Growth % (est '91–'01) Hindus  20.3% Muslims  29.5% Christians  22.6% Sikhs  18.2% Buddhist  24.5% Jains  26.0% Others 103.1%  

a) Of the technical colleges in Punjab only 3% students from the rural Punjab are able to get admissions. Rest of the students are either from outers states are urban Punjab. At 1947 in technical colleges all 100% students were from Punjab itself.

b) Central Govt has recently done delimitation of constituencies and presently one seat of general candidates (MLAs) has been reduced because of large influx of SC/ST Bhaiyas from UP and Bihar. Presently 25 lac of them are there in Punjab and helping the Punjab economy.

2. At 1950 the percentage of Punjabi officers in Indian Army were roughly 40% and while the present recruitment is only 1% (one persent)

3. In the year 1950,  of the total IAC/ICS/IPS about 20% were Punjabis. Today they are less than 2%.

4. At 1947 the revenue from liquor was only 1-5% (my estimate) of the total tax revenue now more than 30% of the Punjab Govt's tax revenue is from liquor. Entire population is thus drugged.

and see what becomes of Punjab's education. see Only 2 months ago 95% of the senior schools were without principals. I will credit the present Akali Govt [of the Akali Dal-Badal Private Incorporation alliance with the BJP] because it has filled up those vacancies. But it all tells a convincing tale.

6. Only struggling nations survive and those who become lethargic stand erased from the map of nations. With little liabilities i.e few children the Punjabis have become lazy and the PALACE CULTURE or the eating house culture has become the order of the day. The result being 35% Punjabis have become obese. 49% of the total deaths in Punjab can be attributed to vascular disease. Under the strict control of Govt the media is paying no attention to it.

THIS IS THE QUALITY WE HAVE PRODUCED

On political plight of the Punjabis I only want that every one should be aware of the stark realities and never think that Delhi is your wellwisher. On population front  my advice to Punjabi youth is if u want to lead a happy life never count the children. Never plan the number. To some the God gives 9 children while some are blessed with none. You will thus be helping both you and your nation.

Never mind your limited resources. Even a daily wager earns Rs 200 per day in Punjab. Never mind your few acres of land, we have prospectus of going abroad.
